As the Administrative Liaison for WAVE, Christine brings a wealth of experience in community development to her role. She helps facilitate WAVE's efforts to foster positive change and create a more inclusive and equitable space for women and gender-diverse people in the community.

Christine's journey into community development began when she was the Coordinator of the City of Edmonton’s Edmonton’s NextGen Initiative which she helped establish in 2006.  Under Christine's leadership, the NextGen Initiative transformed into a hub for fostering young leaders, creating a lasting legacy of community involvement and leadership in Edmonton. Her influence and leadership empowered the younger generation to actively contribute to making the city a better place to live.
